Bid Core Metrics Referral Program - Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Bid Core Metrics Referral Program (“Program”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program,
offered by Bid Core Metrics, LLC (“Bid Core Metrics”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Bid Core Metrics account in good standing.
The Program is open to individuals in the United States. Businesses and agencies may participate
only with our prior written approval.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Referral Fee Disclosure
Bid Core Metrics may offer a referral fee to individuals or entities who refer new paying
customers to our platform. The standard referral fee is currently $125 per qualified referral,
defined as a new customer who registers and maintains an active paid subscription for at
least 30 consecutive days. Please note that the referral fee amount is subject to change at
any time at the sole discretion of Bid Core Metrics. Any changes will be communicated via
our website or directly to participants. Referral fees will not be paid for existing customers,
prior sign-ups, or referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Rewards
Referral rewards may include cash, account credit, discounts, or other promotional offers.
Payouts (if applicable) will be issued within 30 days of a qualified referral.
Rewards are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes.
Limitations
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, but we reserve the right to limit payouts
in cases of suspected abuse.
Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior (e.g., spamming, fake accounts) will lead to
disqualification and potential account suspension.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
Referrals are only valid for new customers only; customers who have previously registered with Bid Core
Metrics do not qualify and considered a "referral", no referral compensation will be issued for such
accounts in which the referred customer has registered with Bid Core Metrics in the past.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use paid advertising to promote your referral link (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) unless authorized.
- Misrepresent Bid Core Metrics or make false claims.
- Share your link on coupon sites, Reddit subs not owned by you, or platforms where unsolicited sharing
is against the rules.
Taxes and Reporting
You are responsible for any tax implications resulting from referral rewards. If your rewards exceed
$600 in a calendar year, we may request a completed IRS Form W-9 for 1099-NEC reporting.
Termination and Changes
Bid Core Metrics may:
Update, suspend, or end the Program at any time;
Deny rewards if Terms are violated;
Revoke participation for any reason, including abuse or fraudulent activity.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes
acceptance of those changes.

Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Bid Core Metrics regarding the Referral
Program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
